This is our 1st time ordered foods from here. We had a big order for dinner 10 ppl (takeout). We ordered hibachi 6 orders with different kinds of meat. The rest are Yagi Soba and fried rice. We were disapppint withthe quality of foods. The Yagi Soba, they used the ramen noodle to stirred fried for yaki soba. Their chicken is pretty dried n hard. Their spicy mayo sauce is too dilute. They put too much water in it. Their quality of food need to be improved. The service is good (pretty fast). The restaurant inside is cleaned.

Very disappointing. Mushy veggies, low quality and overcooked shrimp and scallop. Noodles were cheap low quality and mushy. Overall flavor below par. Order was slow to receive. Atmoshere could be the highest mark but becomes inherent of this low food and service rating. Unable to recommend. The issues described are simple to address.

I don’t understand how people like this place. The hibachi was the worst I’ve ever had, no flavor and the sauce was watery… including the white sauce. The crab Rangoon was over fried, hard with hardly any filling. Their “fried rice” was basically white rice with some soy sauce on it. Just absolutely awful. If you live in the Brier Creek location just go ahead and take the drive to Hibachi 88, you won’t be disappointed by them!

The food is good and fresh… the service is also good. They get you in and out and normally only takes approximately 10 minutes to get your order available after ordering. They also work up until the last minute of closing, which is sincerely appreciated.

Oh My God, STOP and do not order. This food was so horrible; the scallops and shrimp were tiny and I had to pay for the ginger sauce. Worse, I became violently ill and could not even go to work the next day – I felt like a log was stuck in my stomach. Good intentions but please do better on your protein portions, please! The extra rice doesn’t help one little bit. I’ll never order Hibachi for delivery ever again and perhaps that’s exactly my dilemma. First and last time ordering from this place ♀️

I have a love hate relationship with this place. I absolutely love the food and their Teriyaki Chicken is some of the best I’ve ever had. The orders are always right and food is always cooked perfectly. However I hate their customer service. The folks working the cash register are so consistently rude and hard to deal with that I have considered not going there because I didn’t want to deal with them. Ultimately I always go back because the food is so good! I highly recommend this place but give a heads up about the possible rude customer service.

Do you want plain white rice with a splash of soy sauce? Look no further! This place offers a childs worth of protein, undercooked and unseasoned vegetables, and white rice with zero salt, pepper, garlic, scallion/onions, sauce, you name it! Do yourself a favor and skip this place.
