First time visiting this Hibachi 88, and it is by far my preferred location to the Durham locations. The amount of food you get for the price is great (I paid $20 total for me and my mom), and the food was hot and fresh. I got the hibachi steak, and my mom got the Hibachi 88 rice. Did not take a long time to receive our food, and the cashier was nice.

I’m a regular here. Normally I don’t have an issue with my order but the last time I ordered they messed up my order I didn’t say anything. The second time however I kept asking for her to read the order to me and I told her twice my order and instead she rushed me off the phone and still got my order wrong. My order was messed up twice and the second time I requested for sodas for the inconvenience. They didn’t want to accommodate me. So I canceled my order and I will NEVER come back to this place. You lost a regular.

Clean House
This place is not fit to eat at. I would not even refer my worst enemy to eat there. The rice is soggy the 6 piece wings is really three wings cut in half. Chicken is hard and yellow. Beef and chicken in the Hibachi Trio is cut in real small pieces. The so call VEGETABLES

Rude! Don’t give enough condiments for your food and makes you pay way more for extra than any Hibachi restaurant around. The prices are high and ridiculous for the food to be dry and tasteless. I’m very dissatisfied in this establishment and the way they treat the community they chose to be in. They are extremely rude and have double the prices ever since they’ve opened (doubled them before COVID). They are the most expensive Hibachi 88 restaurant in the area. I would suggest to go the one on Poole rd or just a different restaurant all together. NEVER EVER GOING BACK.

Will not order from here again ever. I placed an order for the Spicy Honey Chicken and it came with rice. The rice was mushy and the chicken was chewy. The food tasted as if it had been sitting around for awhile before being served. Absolutely disgusting The only reason why I rated it a one star is because I had to in order to leave my review
