I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered take out from here. I got the starch and chicken combo with noodles, zucchini, and mushrooms and it was the most disgusting plate of food I’ve ever bought. Steak and chicken were dry as bone, the noodles were over cooked by a mile and were super mushy, they also had a bland but nasty taste to them. The zucchini was probably the worst, I put one bite of that in my mouth and couldn’t even swallow it… please do NOT order from this place!!! I don’t see how they’re open with food that bad. Put the entire plate in the trash, wast of $25 plus the $5 tip I left the delivery driver…

This restaurant was unsanitary, restrooms were disgusting; very limited to access. Staff was friendly and polite. They were very unstaffed, and the food was NOT worth the wait. My entire table’s food took 40 minutes in total. Although the sushi was fresh, it was not that great. Shrimp was overcooked. The people at my table described the shrimp as “rubbery.” The chicken was over cooked, with the flavour nonexistent whatsoever. They had additionally added too much pepper to the hibachi chicken.

Me and my family went into this place on Sunday night that just passed.We have been eating here for years. We ordered on the phone and came to pick up our order once we got home and noticed that one of our plates was missing and went back to get it with a receipt and was told that they made our order correctly but they guess they can make it again . Once I got home I realized that that young lady gave me uncooked rice out of spite please guys do not eat here. It has gotten worse over the years. Sadly I will not be returning because you don’t play with peoples food because you made a mistake. I was never doubting that they made it , but the plate was not in my bag. $45 dollars for one plate and two sides is wild anyways!

Overall okay. Stomach definitely hurt after eating room temperature “white sauce” from a pump by the drinks. Definitely concerning there was a white board that read “Health inspections soon!!! Remember to wash hand, change dates/times on sauces, etc.” disgusting. Hire capable employees that don’t need to be reminded. Warning everyone I know not to eat here

Arrived and understood they were busy, it decided to order. Food arrived and one of the orders was wrong. During this time the restaurant continued to get busier with to-go orders, but they agreed to fix our order and assumed it would just be a minute. 2 of the 3 of us have hot food to eat while one does not. Did they bump their only table actually dining in to the front of the line to right their wrong, no. It’s been over 30 additional minutes and she’s hungry. We ended up getting the order and it was wrong for the 2nd time! During this entire situation the staff did not act with urgency for us or the entire restaurant full of customers! I have worked in the restaurant business for over 13 years and I have never had such a bad experience to make me leave a a review!

Went for a little dinner outing, and was actually really happy with the food and service! I ordered the hibachi chicken and it was very good! The meat wasn’t dried out or over salted and everything was pretty quick considering the amount of people around.

Order food waited at table was gone eat there but they were calling everybody’s else number that came after us; so don’t go there to eat in bad customer services! Ice machine broke and food wasn’t even worth it! Will not ever eat there ever again! I wouldn’t care of that was the last restaurant on this earth, not eating there ever again! After we got our food we left because of the bad customer service! They definitely treated us different!

I’ve eaten at Hibachi Bistro probably 10 times. This is a frustrating place. I’ll admit I can be picky about making some modifications to my food, (no mushrooms, no zucchini, etc.), but nothing too crazy. 75% of the time this restaurant has messed up the modifications. I always communicate it very clearly as well. They don’t seem to even care when it’s wrong. I no longer even argue with them about it.
