They don’t have you pay before you sit down so the price for each person is a surprise. The food was ok, we would’ve paid the same price for 2 ppl at koto and it tastes better there. The waitress was good but being forced to pay a 16 dollar tip to take a few plates and give drinks is ridiculous. If knowing the price of 23$ a person at the door we wouldn’t have sat down. There wasn’t really anyone else in the restaurant on a Saturday night which tells you why noone comes here. Sad and greedy, won’t return unfortunately

Unfortunately it’s too overpriced and not enough selection….. Lack thereof, Quality Care or Standard as well. You can go to another restaurant called the super buffet it’s $13 and has so much more selection and is fresh compared to this place is almost worth the drive dam near Albany…

Not very well lit it made the atmosphere of the restaurant appear and seem gloomy. Also, I dress according to my faith and that day, was the Saturday before Easter Sunday, I had a hijab/ headress on like every other day. I felt like because it was the Saturday before Easter Sunday that they decided to neglect my table for service. It took forever for the waitress to get our drinks and she never listened to a word I said. It was very odd to us. I always wear my head scarves so I didn’t realize until I got stares and heard others whispering about why I was wearing the hijab and what does it mean…. because I’m of a different color and faith/religion blah blah. There was no music so that big space made a whisper sound audible from where I was sitting. Me and my husband haven’t been out in a while so we decided to just hit their restaurant because we love hibachi, not this time….

Went there at night time, wasn’t much food for the last hour opening. Hibachi and Sushi used to be part of the buffet but not any more now its separate from the buffet and they charge you 18.99 for dinner buffet.

This is not the same Hibachi buffet that was open before the pandemic. All of the food was old and dried out. The shrimp tasted like a rotten egg, I am worried I will get food poisoning. Dinner price is 18.18 with tax with no more hibachi and no sushi. Sad this place went downhill like this. I wouldn’t even feed this food to my dog.

You pay for what you don’t eat on your plate by weight with signs everywhere. Not the sanitary the ice cream station it’s hard ice cream & one ice cream scoop that’s dirty with no water to pit it in.

I’m a fan of the buffets, the inside was very nice the soft music was relaxing, but if im going to a buffet I want my food to come out like I just order it, the peanut chicken was very dried and had been sitting way to long a lot was like that, and THEY NEED TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS LABELED CORRECTLY, will I go back maybe if im really hungry

The place is a maze. I didn’t even attempt the hibachi this time because I couldn’t see where it was. They have this VIP area now with a bar with no alcohol. The place is confusing and the buffet food is bare minimum now. They don’t have a lot of the things that they used to and a lot of it was dry and crunchy. I’ve been going there since they opened as “Grand Buffet” and it’s really gone downhill over the years.
