Food & Atmosphere do not match tho food was excellent! Spicy Hot & Sour Soup was perfect. Hibachi Shrimp & Teriyaki Chicken w Vegs tasted awesome & was perfectly cooked. Substituted Garlic Lo Mein for Rice at my request. I dont eat Rice as it increases my blood sugar so I appreciate their hassle-free substitution. I love the food here. Customer service is friendly & helpful.

Very very disappointed with the food. Ordered $140 worth for several families and we had to throw most away. Fish did not taste or smell fresh or good quality. Also sashimi was just piled on a take out tray and vinegar was added to it. Never heard of that but it gave it an awful taste. If you are from out of town and not familiar with this place, I would go elsewhere.

Called and asked if they deliver. Was told they do through door dash. As much as I hate that site, I tried anyway. DoorDash says they are not affiliated with this restaurant. This is the 3rd time I have tried to get something delivered from this restaurant. I will NEVER try again. Lost a very loyal customer. Oh, and word of mouth goes a long way.

I went back to Hibachi Express on Wednesday 1/12/2022 to straighten out the situation about my food being terrible! The people that were there at the time, did not know what I was talking about. Even though the response to my review that was posted online for me to come back in, so they could make it right! I even showed the lady my review and the response to my review! Which she took pictures of! The male looked my phone number up in the computer/register to see when I ordered last, even though I told him that it wasn’t in there. Because I went in the store to order! They both asked me for a receipt, even though the lady said that she remembered me! One of her comments to me was, “if you don’t like my food, you don’t have to come back”! She definitely doesn’t have to worry about that! Besides the fact that their food was terrible! They were very unprofessional! The male employee said that he doesn’t handle the reviews, somebody else helps him with that! He said that he wasn’t there on 1/12/22 when I went there to straighten things out! I wasted time and gas going there to handle something that was clearly lied to me about being handled!

I have been going to this restaurant for many years! I have noticed recently, that the food is not that good! My granddaughter treated me to dinner yesterday. I had suggested that we go to Hibachi Express. The food was terrible. I had ordered the Hibachi Steak and Hibachi Shrimp. The steak tasted like and looked like it had been sitting out for hours.
