Terrible customer service. This was my first time going alone to order some fried rice it served with all the meals I had a friend order food from here last week and she ordered me just a box of fried rice that came with vegetables, eggs, and onions. today I decided to go back (for the first time) to just get a box of rice, and when I got back to work, I had just a plain container of rice I call to ask questions about why there were no added, vegetables eggs and no onions. I was hung up on three times trying to ask why it was made like that when I had someone order me the same thing a week ago (which they didn’t know) I’m ordering today and they were argumentative I had to leave my place if employment to go all the way back there with a officer because they were so aggressive and argumentative instead of adding what they NORMALLY PUT IN THE RICE I ENDED UP i ended up getting a refund. Didn’t even get to enjoy my lunch today because of this HUGE INCONVENIENCE all because I had questions about why they were missing eggs, onions and veggies!

The owners have horrible customer service! I ordered 3 different types of hibachi. I got home to realize I was given scallop hibachi instead of shrimp hibachi. I called and was told to come back and they will replace it. The man argued with me and accused me that I looked at how small the scallop were and did not want it anymore. I don’t eat scallop and was pretty much stereotyped because of a simple misunderstanding due to the language barrier. The service is trash, the food is ok but not worth the disrespect.

I will never order from here again! I am vegetarian and ordered the sweet potato roll. When I opened my sushi container it did not appear to be the normal sweet potato roll that I’m used to eating. Assuming it was burnt, I unrolled my sushi to discover it was waffle fries wrapped in rice. This is disgusting!

Always fast, friendly, and the food is so good!!! I love the shrimp habachi noodle. And the spicy kami salad has a great kick! If you aren’t a seafood fan, check out their steak and chicken habachi combo!!!

They have good food but their customer service sucks. They make their own hours. Close before the sign on the door, so if you don’t get there before 7pm your put of luck. “False Advertising” they not open till 8pm. Would have given them more then 3 stars but I’m a stickler for good customer service.
