Food is made fresh so it’s nice and hot. Tastes pretty good. Could have more meat with it. I got chicken something and my wife got shrimp and we both felt like we could have gotten more. We will probably go back though as it’s close to home, tastes good and fresh.

This was our first time here. We had a great experience! Food was delicious and staff were so nice and friendly. I got a chicken and steak combo. Loved the meat and veggies and the sauce that came on them! It was soooo good. My daughter got the shrimp fried rice and it came with LOTS of rice. I had a couple questions about the food, and she happily answered them for me. Would def recommend.

VERY disgusted! Ordered almost $50 worth of food with one order being CHICKEN FRIED RICE; I won’t be ordering again. the chicken had ZERO flavor or seasoning, it literally looks like boiled chicken & thrown in the rice! I really liked this place a lot until today! The quality of food has gone completely downhill since changing ownership & it’s very disappointing that when I call to let you know the chicken is pretty nasty all I’m told is nobody has ever complained about it before & that’s how it’s made…not the best customer service.

Be on the watch for what you order here. The hibachi is covered in a terrible teriyaki sauce and is more like New York Chinese food than Japanese hibachi. I called and asked for a partial refund because the food was not as advertised and they refused. Too bad because I would have considered ordering some of their other menus items.

Worst place ever! I spent $20 on a Hibachi combo. The picture that they advertised for the combo was totally different from what they gave me. They drenched the meat and vegetables in Teriyaki sauce. I have never gone to a Hibachi place that drenched their food in Teriyaki. It’s just not the standard practice. All sauces come on the side. So, I couldn’t eat the food. And when I politely questioned why the food given to me was different than advertised, I was told that putting Teriyaki on the food was a standard practice, which I know is not true because I’ve gone to other Hibachi Express chains. So, I eneded up wasting my money. The business could care less because they got what they wanted. Anyways, save yourself the time and trouble. Don’t come here. Worst experience I’ve had. -10000/10.
