Seemed convenient and a good idea, service was nice and location was convenient. The only thing that didn’t taste weird was the crab wonton. The noodles that you had to pay extra for to get as a side were raw on the inside, and the rice and both meats were greasier than the burger I had to get from the hotel for dinner because I couldn’t eat the meal without making my stomach turn.

I ordered food from Hibachi Express from the Decatur, AL location yesterday and it was the worst food I’ve ever had in my life. The chicken (sesame chicken and lo mein noodles) was not fresh and was extremely overcooked to where it wasn’t edible. It was very “chewy” for some reason and it also had a weird texture to it. I don’t even think it was chicken. The lo mein noodles weren’t fresh and were too salty. I’m not sure what’s going on with the food but the owners really need to step it up! This is unacceptable! Whoever is cooking the food needs to be removed because he/she really doesn’t care. Please don’t waste your money or time at this restaurant.

There was literally 3 inches of a funnel cake type batter around the “jumbo” fried shrimp. The shrimp was medium size at best. I am most certain they battered and cooked it from frozen. It was horrible and inedible. The lady at the drive thru was ill mannered and rude. When I asked for extra sauce, she rolled her eyes. It was very weird… like I am sorry you hated waiting on me for the most basic order when it was so dead. There were no customers inside and I was the only person in the drive thru. #sad

The fried rice doesn’t have flavor and doesn’t have any chopped onions in it like I’m used to. It’s also very salty and soggy. It looks brown like it was white rice with soy sauce. That’s probaby why it’s so soggy and salty. The chicken on a stick was actually fried chicken on a stick… I wish the word fried was in the name since my whole meal tastes so salty and greasy. Even the shrimp from my shrimp fried rice was fried in batter… you shouldn’t fry everything. Some people don’t like it. One time they replaced my crab rangoon sauce with a tiny bit of cheddar cheese…. the food is a bit unusual. And the coconut shrimp sauce is Mayonnaise clearly, which I’ve grown to like

Worst coconut shrimp in town. They didn’t even try. Pretty sure the shrimp was frozen together when they battered and fried it. Coconut sauce straight from can. Served with fried rice, didn’t even ask my preference.

Tried Hibachi Express for the first time ever yesterday and the food was really good! The service was fast and the people were extremely nice. Definitely will be eating here again in the future.

The fried rice tasted very plain and just like white rice with soy sauce added to it. The general tso and honey chicken had a weird texture and both tated the same only one had pepper flakes and the other didnt. There was no spice to either of them. The egg rolls and crab rangoon were about the only decent thing we ate. Not worth the money.

This was the worst hibachi I ever had. It tasted like it came from a can. The meat tasted like it was a byproduct. Not good for the digestion. I would look elsewhere for someone who serves up quality food. This was not good and I mean not good at all!

I ordered Mongolian beef and most of it was just broccoli, the portions are very small so you don’t really get what you pay for, the food overall is okay, it’s honestly about the same quality as buying frozen Asian meals at Walmart, so save a trip and money and just get a frozen meal from Walmart or go to one of the other handful of Asian restaurants around Decatur, this is by far the worst one I’ve had as of yet, I definitely won’t be coming back for a second time.
