We called to complain about smaller portion sizes than usually. One plate was suppose to be scallops with EXTRA shrimp for $28+. Plate two was steak and chicken. We have been frequent customer but not anymore after this experience. The restaurant told us she measured the food herself and to call Door Dash with our complaints but she would just tell them the food was correct before it left. The restaurant wanted no part in making the order correct. Instead they indirectly blamed the Dasher with “possibly” disturbing our food. Very bad experience. They will never get money from us again. Literally no customer support.

So, I ordered the steak and shrimp hibachi. I asked for my steak to be cooked medium and it was well done but also cold in the center. Like it was just reheated. The rice was very, very hard. Like it was old and not heated properly. Also the egg rolls were so greasy !!!! I took a bite and the grease was running down my chin and hand. You can see from the picture the grease puddled at the bottom of the container and how dork this egg roll is like it had been cooked and then Re-cooked.

Edited review: This place used to be a 5 star establishment for me, however after not having the opportunity to eat here for a while I went yesterday and sadly I must now drop my review to 1 star. This place has gone WAY downhill in the last year or so. The service I received last night was so terrible my wife and I cancelled our order and walked out, which is something we never do. The lady behind the counter was seemingly on drugs and couldn’t even take basic orders correctly and was rude the whole time. The food looked absolutely horrible. All in all it’s really a shame because this used to be my favorite hibachi place but now I’ll never go back again.

It was like they counted 8 little pieces of chicken and set it on top of the rice ♂️(teriyaki express on Livingston would NEVER) not much flavor in the meal. This was my first visit and last.

This is not good good hibachi. Yes the lady at front was very nice but the food wasn’t good. I got chicken and shrimp with fried rice and the chicken heavily out numbered the shrimp. Veggies are an additional $1 each. They give you two sauces which you will definitely need to add more flavor. I prefer taste of orient but decided to give it a shot due to reviews.

Pretty good for the price. Asked for no cabbage and still got it, switched my meal to chicken fried rice because “its the same thing with no cabbage” which cost a dollar more. Hmm???
