I am a repeat customer just got a plate literally eating now while typing and I was wondering why I hadn’t given this a review before . Forgive the fact that I poured my yum yum sauce in the food before taking a photo of the rice and shrimp by itself . I love the food . I usually get the fried rice with shrimp . They don’t miss on my orders , the rice is cooked well , not too oily the shrimp is good and the flavors are all round really good . It’s a go to when I’m going to work and don’t have time to cook and the ladies are so sweet there . They always greet me with a smile wherever I go . The service , the food , affordability and you always see a bunch of customers going in and out in lines so you know it’s good . It’s just genuinely a great place to order from

I haven’t been to this place in a while post pandemic and thought I give it a try. They were friendly and took my order promptly. I decided to wait inside for my food. There was a customer who ordered before me who was outside waiting in their car before I pulled up so I had no idea what type of order they were waiting for. The previous customer enters the establishment to pick up their food and states they ordered vegetable rolls and would like to have sauce with their order. The worker informed them that everything was in the bag. The customer leaves and I’m still waiting for my food at this point. The previous customer comes back in and states their order was wrong and that the food was filled with cream cheese and not the vegetables they ordered. Another worker who was preparing my food figures that they had made a mistake and takes the vegetable rolls out my bag and hands to the customer and exchanges it with the returned meal they clearly went through to determine was filed with cream cheese. I ironically had ordered the crab rangoon and watch as the worker placed the returned food from the previous customer into my bag and proceed to call me to get my food. Good thing I paid attention to the entire situation because before leaving I opened my bag to check my food and saw that the crab rangoon had cream cheese oozing out of all five pieces. I took it back to the counter and asked the worker if that was the same order that the previous customer mentioned had cream cheese that was returned and the worker admitted that it was. The worker was trying to proceed and say it was okay and I had to let them know I was uncomfortable taking food I know for a fact was touched by a stranger. The worker then had words with another worker about making a new order for me and they argued about it a bit before finally working on the new order. The worker threw away the returned order in the trash in frustration. The fact that they were comfortable serving returned food from a different customer and getting upset that I asked for a fresh order makes me know my money and time are not appreciated and I would rather spend my money at an establishment that takes my health seriously. I believe they are more concerned on not wasting products and saving their money to make profit than doing what’s right by us customers. It was morally wrong and even more frustrating that I even had to ask for fresh food met with an attitude. After this experience I will not be able to trust them handling my food.

Decent place. Cool small atmosphere. Clean floors and kitchen area. Walked in behind 4 people and they took 19 minutes to make 5 dinners. Rice was plain and bland but the proteins were good. Sauces were good. I’d probably give it 3.5 out of 5, but there is room for improvement on speed and rice.

I went here for the first time and had a pretty lackluster experience. The staff was friendly at least but the portions were poor-massive amount of rice and very little shrimp. And extremely salty shrimp too and firm veggies. Rice was decent. I also did not receive my change back when I paid. I didn’t wanna cause any issues so I just let it go. It was my first time so maybe again it will be better

Everytime I’ve ordered takeout it has been excellent and cooked right, generous quantities and polite staff atmosphere is limited by size but that’s not necessarily bad

The rice was very dry, the chicken was over dry and hard, there was NO hibachi vegetables included. This was plain fried rice with and up-charge for meat. Hibachi is served with egg, large diced onion, zucchini and mushroom to start. There are variations but if this is not there then you can just pay $8 for fried rice and save the money. If you are looking for Hibachi anything like Benehana or Genji do not stop here.

I spent 80$ getting takeout here what a huge disappointment. First off NEVER order the scallops, I think I had a total of 2 and a half TINY scallops on there and they were HORRIBLY over cooked. Second I ordered about 4 veggies on a specific dish (1.50 EACH) and they put them in different dishes which was fine other than it’s not very easy to pick onion out. The rice was sub par, and the egg yolk sauce was a thin and flat grease soaked. Overall just absolutely terrible for the price we paid. We used to get this about once a weak but ever since Covid hit it’s just been awful.

Personally I think the area that it’s in is a little rundown oh, the food is decent. The one thing that bothers me that’s not even a food-related issue is the fact that they have these beautiful Koi fish in this tiny tank. I am a goldfish lover and they are not treating their fish correctly. The parking lot is interesting to say the least. I’m personally I think there’s better options around town. They do however get their food done pretty quickly
