Everything we have gotten here has been GREAT! Both the Hibachi and sushi are wonderful. We love the route 23 roll its deep fried and quite big. The salmon, white tuna, tuna, tobiko, and seared eel are delicious and always very fresh! Crab Rangoon and egg roll are delicious as well. Prices are reasonable and service is good. Always kind, friendly and helpful. Nice family that owns this restaurant, also nice being able to support small local businesses

AMAZING Sushi !!!!! Best ever, especially in Ohio. We used to drive over an hour to Columbus to get good sushi. Not anymore. Hibachi Express recently added Sushi to the menu. The Hibachi is also VERY GOOD! But you can definitely tell the sushi chef has a talent and passion for his work! Very friendly, kind and accommodating staff overall. I really couldn’t ask for more! We have been here multiple times now and never once had a bad experience Oh and the prices are very good as well.

First time I’d ever eaten here, I ordered sushi for my birthday. It was absolutely phenomenal. The fish was tender and so fresh. The cashier was so nice and patient with me while ordering lol we got the eel nigiri, salmon nigiri, and tuna nigiri. We also got a Philly roll, California roll and the black pearl roll. It was all absolutely delicious! Will definitely order again!

Great food and a great experience! We live in Indiana and ate here as we were driving home from North Carolina. The employees were so friendly and helpful and eager to make sure we enjoyed our food. They even wished us a safe drive as we were leaving since they knew we were on a road trip. I thought it was so nice that even though we don’t live in the area to be a regular customer that they still gave us the best experience they had to offer. I actually wish we had this place where we live so we could go back! They gave very large portions and we left with plenty of leftovers. Don’t let the word “express” fool you, we felt like the quality was the same as Wu House! Thank you Hibachi express for a great experience and for the great food, we hope to come back on our next road trip!
