I received terrible service from restaurant and I ordered from them online. (ASAP) They didn’t give me my salad or drink that went with my order and there was hardly enough beef in my box. This was a waste of $72 bucks. And the person I spoke with said that they were out of salad and had no subs for my drink.

I ordered the chicken and steak (med rare) hibachi with salad and drink. The steak was almost crispy and over cooked. There were only 2 pieces of steak and the rest touch tough chicken. I ordered fried rice. Recieved steamed rice. Salad and drink were not received. Beware when ordering for delivery. I called and was disconnected x 2.

I spent 15$ on a steak and shrimp hibachi plate and they gave me 8small pieces of steak and 4 shrimps and a plate full of unseasoned rice! I’ve never wrote a review before so this has to be the worst experience ever! Never again I hate to see what their lunch portion is 2shrimps and 4lil pieces of steak?

Love getting dinner here. We usually just call it in on our way home to pickup. Wait time is anywhere from 10-20 min depending on if it’s closer to dinner / rush times. They’ve always gotten our orders correct and it’s always been great! We usually get dinner portions but around lunch hours you can ask for “lunch portion” and get it without the side salad and a little less food. It’s one of our favorite takeout places!

One of the worst establishments. They’re inconsistent with their prices and charge you more than the menu prices. If you pay for something on the side they’ll give you a sample size. I’ve been here a few times and have gotten different prices and sizes for the same thing. I don’t recommend going here

There is no way on God’s green earth these people should any rating under a negative number!!!! They are always empty even during lunch and the people there are unnecessarily rude and food is equally bad. will waste your time by just dialing the number!!!!!!

I received my order two hours later.I called to see if my order was ready. They hung up on me twice and stopped answering phone calls. I wasted $16 on 6 small pieces of steak and 4 shrimp. I get more meat on my plate from the hibachis in the mall for $9! Never will I order again from here.

I always order lobster and shrimp and the 1st I went it was great 2nd time the guy was cooking without his mask and I addressed it and the lady took him to put his mask on and also when I got home there were 4 shrimps in my shrimp fried rice the 3rd time I went I told them what happen and she put less lobster and shrimp so now I’m done I won’t be going back again poor service

Went there purchase 3 order costing over $40 got home had a plate full of gummy rice and small amou veg and meat. I wouldn’t recommend this place its not worth the wait and money never going back.
