I called to speak with a manager and less than 5 seconds speaking with him he interrupted me saying he’s too busy to talk to me. Horrible customer service!!!!!!! He didn’t even let me get 2 words out. He had no clue what my call regarded nor care. Good luck going to this place. 0/10. Do better. Learn how to communicate better. I’m a paying customer and you don’t care. smh.

The website needs to be CLEAR on delivery area. I was able to go ALL the way through for an order until submitting my payment. Something told me I should call, just in case. Well, I was told they do not deliver to my area. I hate the traffic on Cumberland Ave, and that is the only reason why I wanted delivery.

First impressions it’s not the cleanest establishment as you can see by the photos. I ordered my food to go so I wasn’t too turned off by appeance. The food was very tasty, prepared fast, and very reasonably priced. Very cool idea in itself fast cheap hibachi.

Tried to order delivery for 2 blocks away at fort sanders. Order was taken, about to give payment and the MANAGER in the background says we’re not doing any deliveries. The employee on the phone – completely cool – asks why because there’s no one in the store. Manager goes outback and the employee says that’s literally the only reason he can’t deliver the food; so his manager can go outback forcing me to watch the store. (Only two people working)

I wanted to take a moment to let y’all know that the young lady working the counter at around 3 pm today was absolutely exceptional. Half of her hair was black and the other was an orange. I was frustrated because I had less money in the bank than it had just said I did and she was ver6 kind and friendly and just overall provided exceptional service through the entire experience. Food was also fabulous. This girl really made my day better so thank you, kind stranger.

Website sales open till 10pm at 9:15 Saturday 3-18-23 doors locked employees would not answer questions if closed kept heads down and would not answer phone when I could hear it ringing standing outside door I mean ur business hour are ur concern but at least change web page of ur hours especially in weekends done here

Been waiting my teenage daughters order since 8:49 they said an hour and no order has came. My daughter has school Tomorrow now she has to eat cold food when she could’ve order from somewhere else if they wasn’t going to bring her food . I’m so glad I didn’t use my credit card.
