I was actually very impressed with the speed at which GrubHub got my order to me since I was sick and needed food. So where do I start with the food? It was just altogether bad. I ate the super greasy tiny eggrolls just because my blood sugar had plummeted. The Hibachi Chicken tasted like Spam or something. Definitely could not recognize it as chicken. The whole thing was SO SUPER SALTY, it was inedible. After paying all this money to have food delivered, I’m still left heading to the kitchen trying to see what I can put together after not having bought groceries for awhile. I used to eat here regularly. It’s been years. I don’t know what happened.

Not very good. White sauce very thin and running. Also it came in a pouch which is weird. Chicken was kind of rubbery. Steak didn’t look like steak. Iced tea comes out of the machine instead of being brewed. However the service was good and quick so at least there’s that.

Well, all I can say is what a terribly disappointing lunch. I understand everything is expensive now but it’s just so aggravating to spend $14 and get something that you don’t even enjoy. Ordered hibachi steak and although the taste of the meat was good, every piece was tough and half of the pieces had gristle through it, rendering it virtually uneatable. I can say the rice was OK, but it’s pretty hard to mess up Rice. I think this is simply a case of a restaurant that chooses to squeeze every last penny out of its customers, even if it means using the cheapest products It can buy, and unfortunately it shows I did give them two stars instead of one because the staff was pleasant, and the food was provided promptly.

I got 2 plates. One with hibachi chicken and one with chicken and shrimp. This came with rice and vegetables. The chicken in both orders was totally dry and chewy. It clearly had been left sitting on the grill too long. There was no hibachi or any type sauce that would give it flavor or keep it moist. It did not look like the posted pictures. The rice had no flavor of any kind and the white sauce that came in packets was as thin as water. Had to discard both the orders after a few bites. This place may need more oversight from an owner to ensure tasty food is well prepared and served.

I just got some food from this place and the prices have definitely going up. I pay almost $30 for two plates of food. I remember back in may I pay like $20 for the same plates of food. I feel like this place is under new management or something. Food is good though.

Don’t waste your time going here. I ordered the hibachi chicken for lunch and got my food within 3 minutes (which should’ve been a red flag). I tasted my food when I got back to work and it was extremely cold and was not seasoned at all. The “white sauce” was in a packet and was watery and didn’t taste like anything either. I called to tell them what happened and asked if I could be refunded the $10.83 but the lady said I’d have to bring the FOOD BACK for a discount. I will not be returning here, please go elsewhere for quality hibachi.
