Honestly disappointed in myself it took me this long to try this restaurant out.. (And during quarantined of all times too) every part of my take out meal was spot on delicious. I’ve never had a salad from a hibachi restaurant with a taste like this but was extremely happy with it. Not the typical ginger dressing you’d expect. The soup was flavorful but not overpowering, I’d say I wish it was a tad warmer but obviously expected of when doing takeout. The entree was cooked to perfection (ordered the Shogun) and had a good variety of veggies instead of the typical overpowering onion platter other hibachi restaurants call mixed veggies. Overall I’m extremely satisfied with my order and looking forward to this restaurant to fully open up again after the lockdown to try to rest of the available menu options they have!

The food and the show the chef put on were both wonderful. However, the restrooms and the counter at which my group sat were rather filthy. I would’ve liked to have seen the staff clean the place better. After having seen the restroom and felt the stickiness of the counter and silverware, I felt a bit uncomfortable. I had to ask for new silverware as the ones I had didn’t look fully clean.

Great food and great service. Holly was an awesome hostess! Being Easter Sunday, she was the only one working with the chef. She balanced two large parties of 10 and 12 with the three of us with grace and skill! Fantastic!

We reserved a time slot for my wife, daughter and mom’s birthday which are all within 2 days of each other. Walking in we found a foul looking fish tank that looks like it has not been cleaned in months. Half of the lights were off and the alarm was going off constantly which the staff said they couldnt get it to stop. I personally used the mens room before we were seated. Ceiling tile was falling down, one stall was out of order and the bathroom over all wasnt very clean. It took almost 30 minutes past our reserved time slot to be seated when there were only two other groups there. Then another 20 minutes go by after we got our drinks we begin to order and find they do not have crab rolls,dumplings, lobster or scallops When we asked why none of this was told to us when we reserved earlier in the day and asked who answered the phone we were told all calls go to the owner of the establishment. This being stuff we were going to order we decided to leave. The waitress was friendly and I feel bad for her as we were a group of 9 which means the tip would have been a minimum of 18%. I wish once we walked into the place and seen how terrible looking the fishtanks water was we would have left instead of giving them the chance. Never again will we step foot into this location.

THIS PLACE DOESNT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR!! Sat down and the place was freezing cold. The heat wasn’t on or even working. Sat for over an hr waiting for food that never came. The manager seated a table about 45 minutes AFTER us but got the cook to their table first because of an offer for a big tip. She also took our drink order but it never came. She still wanted to charge for the appetizers that came out after waiting an hr and were cold. NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT!! TERRIBLE PLACE TO GO. STAY AWAY!!

If I could give 0 stars I would! So my husband and I just left this place and was told that we couldn’t do takeout because there was only 1 cook. Ridiculous considering that we were the only people there and they had just opened. My thought was, if we were to dine in, the cook would have had to prepare our food and plate it. What’s the difference other than boxing it versus plating it. I hate to think that it was because I’m black and my husband is white. That was our first time going there and definitely our last. They just lost out on roughly $100 & tip (because I tip even when I order takeout). Will be going to Ninja hibachi on Mentor. We go there very often. The food is magnificent but I just wanted to try somewhere different.
