My wife and I ate here for the first time. We thought this Hibachi concept was unique. Hibachi grill cooking without the long rituals, wait and high price. For non-celebration events, seats for just two of us away from the grill was fine. Food looked and tasted really good. We will go again.

Gotta say this is a new Hendersonville favorite. We hadn’t had hibachi in quite some time due to an allergy issue. Came here for the first time expecting just a “fast food” experience but we loved it!!! The whole family said the food tasted just like real hibachi minus the cost and slower speed (I get it, due to the show). The food comes out hot, fresh and plenty of it. Their sushi rolls are good and they honestly have some entree and hibachi options some traditional places don’t. You don’t get the full show but after 10 times, do you really need fried rice flung at you, volcano onions and spinning egg tricks?? A+ for our family.

Our first time in. The food was fresh and came out quickly. Dug into it too quickly to take photos! My husband and I had the Rainbow Roll, scallops and filet and the hibachi shrimp. It was all amazing. We had a full take out box leftover. Service was the best! Everyone checked on us and the owners came over to make sure we had everything we needed. Chloe was great! As we were leaving, every person working thanked us. So refreshing to experience that level of food and service!

Impromptu dinner date with some friends at Hibachi Jr. in Hendersonville. Only snapped this one picture – their Volcano Roll (California roll with scallops, tomato, spicy mayo, green onions). I have had this several times before and it’s probably my favorite roll on the menu. I also had the volcano chicken hibachi entree and added a side of filet, which was cooked perfectly med-rare. Every time we’ve dined in, this place has been fantastic. Both food and service are great. Y’all go! #FoodiesOfNashville

It’s a no from me. Food was picked up right after calling in order, restaurant is ONLY a 5 minute drive from home. Sushi was so unappetizing, mushy rice, browned avocado, appeared to have been made and sitting around a long time. I’ve seen better looking product at Kroger and I won’t eat that either!
