Very good sushi at an excellent price! All of the fish were very fresh and at the right temperature. The soup was excellent, the seaweed and crab salad appetizer we’re also very good! The only negatives were the menu is kind of limited, the bar was closed so I couldn’t get a mixed drink and there is no beer on tap. If it wasn’t for those few things this would be five star. I highly suggest a visit to this restaurant it was very good!

This is the first time I have ever tried Japanese cuisine. We ordered so much food, mainly there specialty items. And the bill still came out to be under $100, $71 to be exact. You got to try this place you will not be disappointed . Don’t forget the yum yum sauce!!!

We had lunch recently at Hibachi of Japan 5. The food and service was very good. My wife had Vegetable Yakisoba and I had two sushi rolls. The portions were appropriate for lunch. We’ll have to try dinner there soon.

I noticed a month or so ago how the take out packaging got smaller so now you need to get the next size up in the chicken bowl. But yesterday, I picked up an order. Did not put a tip on the transaction and someone added a 20% tip to the charge which I did NOT approve. Be careful with your orders. This is a first time this has ever happened to me anywhere. I will never use a credit card at Hibachi of Japan 5 again. Very disappointing.

Rude woman rushed me on call, she got order wrong & accused me of ordering wrong dish I been getting there for yrs. since they opened. When I got there she was still nasty with me & ppl on phone. When I asked for chopsticks, soy sauce she said it in bag & it wasn’t. When I told her I ordered steak & shrimp she actually accused me of wrong order, even after I tipped her. When I asked for manager I was handed over to her again. Lol! She was miserable, not fit to manage even herself, she complained of heat & actually said it was because the guest were running her all night. I never even saw this woman before in all years I go.
