We got some takeout to go and ordered some hibachi as well as some sushi rolls. Everything was cooked well. I was a little disappointed in the size of the portions. The flavor was good. There’s not much of an eating area in the restaurant itself. I would recommend getting your food to go. Sushi tasted good to me.

We’ve been ordering sushi from here for a couple of years, never had a problem until now. Most of our mango avocado and California rolls had rotting avocado. Not just vascular leaching – a lot of brown, slimy, and even black avocado. Attaching a photo of some of the rolls but I didn’t get a photo of the worst of it. I tried reaching out to Hibachi Sushi before reviewing and received no response.

I have been eating here for three years. I went back recently after about 6 months and got chicken and beef. The beef they use had gone down drastically. It is no longer the quality that you would associate with going to a hibachi place. Chicken quality has also gone down. Both were rubbery and the beef lacked flavor. Disappointing. I wont be going back. Hard to justify paying $15 for that.

We just ordered takeout and it was delicious. We got a spicy tuna roll, philly roll and hibachi steak and shrimp. The sushi was fresh and the portions 5 hibachi were generous. I was especially appreciative of the the generous helping of shrimp in each portion. We will absolutely order from here again.

Hands down my favorite sushi place in the area! It’s always so fresh and delicious. We typically get spicy salmon rolls w/ avocado added, spicy tuna rolls, yellowtail rolls, and/or special rolls (Midlothian, 007, Sakura, or the Rainbow roll). The hibachi shrimp is also really good, but it’s not quite the same as at a traditional hibachi restaurant. I’ll also add that getting bad avocado in a sushi roll happens at pretty much every single sushi place, so I’d personally ignore those reviews and skip the avocado if you don’t want to risk it, but we’ve been getting spicy salmon rolls with avocado added for years and have only had unripe or brown avocado 2-3 times and like I said, we’ve been ordering from them for years (usually 1-3 times a month).

This is not the hibachi. It’s just regular Chinese food that they’re calling hibachi. It doesn’t have the hibachi taste or the seasoning. It’s season like Chinese food and they just throw in a salad. I asked them this before ordering and was lied to. The food taste ok but it’s NOT THE HIBACHI TASTE OR LOOK that people expect from hibachi
