I was here ordering food today and walked out!! Due to another customer getting yelled at by the manger about an order they didn’t refund for her. The young lady did show me the item she bough which were egg rolls they were really burned, I believe at first she just asked them to remake it and the manger stated she wouldn’t because nothing is wrong with them that’s how they make them and told her it’s nothin. She can do. I ended up walking out once they didn’t give her a refund or a new meal and called the police on this young lady all because of their mistake. I won’t be back and they won’t get my money✌

My first time here and I only ordered shrimp egg rolls. How can you go wrong with that, right? Wrong! … There was only 1 shrimp in each one and not many vegetables either. For $2 each that just wasn’t worth it. I did not like that brown liquid sauce they gave me either. I’m not sure if this is the supposed “yum yum” sauce others in the restaurant were getting but it wasn’t yummy to me at all. People actually paid extra for more containers of it. To each their own… blehhhh. I do want to go back to try an actual meal but the prices are crazy. I will see. I did ask about the seafood egg roll, be aware it has imitation crab in it so I did not get it. The imitation stuff doesn’t taste great to me. My little order did not take long and the lady that took my order was nice.

If I could rate this place a zero I would. I was in this place ordering for somebody else and someone was ordering and stating their food was burned and the manger talked to her so disrespectfully instead of remaking it for her then said they wouldn’t give her a refund then called the police on her because she asked for a refund. If this order was for me I would have walked out but I will never eat from here and I’ll tell the person who this food is for this situation and I’m sure they won’t either. This place is sad and disgusting the manger is trifling and disrespectful they will never have my money !

I am giving a two start due to poor customer service and my order was wrong and they did not want to fix it. I was on the phone with my daughter ordering the meal and they still got it wrong. When I called the all the lady did was yell. She did not want to listen. Poor service service. You can’t even order the linguine noodles from them anymore they give you spaghetti noodles.

The lady that operates this place is terrible. Go some where else. Fuji to go is similar but much better and you don’t have to deal with this terrible women. She will get your order wrong and not care at all. Go some where else.

Food is good but lady that takes order and money has to be one of the rudest people I have encountered. Asked for extra soy sauce and she looks at you like you’re a loser. It probably costs 1 cent for it but she acts like it’s an inconvenience to her. Like I said, food is good, lady super rude

This place was recommended to me. I ordered sushi and felt like paid $10 for rice with a side of shrimp and avocado. I’ve paid the same price for “a real sushi roll” so I’m going to assume that their other dishes is what’s keeping the business open. Also, I was given chopsticks that were extremely old and had what appeared to be mold on them. Never again!

I’ve been coming here for years. Over the last year I have called in after every order to complain. Watered down yum yum, old, hard or too much rice and the little chicken I did get tasted bland. I used to be able to split an order with my daughter, tonight I just enjoyed the onions. The lady at the register is always rude AF so when I called and told her the food was horrible, read my review online and watch her tone. Definitely not the HTG from years ago. We will not be back.
