I was so happy to find this truck in the empty lot next to Tselogs. I love Benihana so when I saw the Hibachi truck with all their offerings I was so happy. My favorite is the filet mignon plate! They ask you how you like the meat cooked. You get mushrooms and vegetables with the plate and delicious ice cooked in the fat and butter of the meat and veggies! So tasty and flavorful! They give you hibachi sauce which is a spicy thousand islands, not my favorite wish they had the sauce of Benihana. They also give a buttery sauce, maybe they should add garlic and herbs to the butter to make it tastier since it tastes like plain butter to me. Also got the filet mignon and scallop plate, the scallops cooked a little too much so left it dry. Hopefully they have better dipping sauces but for about $35 it’s a very hearty and filling meal. You get good quality ingredients! Will continue supporting them!

Food was decent 6.5/10 to be honest. Nothin special. Would give maybe 2 stars to be nice but i asked specifically for teriyaki sauce over and over and he said its in the bag as there was no sauce in the bag and garlic butter which i asked and gave me a dirty look. Then he charged me 3$ over and had no explanation? Dont like this kind of business. The guy told me they had teriyaki sauce and the owner is saying they had it crossed out but told me they put the teriyaki sauce in the bag… Food was a normal hibachi spot nothing special. Filet Mignon was okay not very tender for being filet mignon.. Can’t tell me that when they look unhappy giving my food boss.

Idk how this place doesn’t have more reviews! Food was tasty, and I like that they ask you how you like your steak cooked. Fried rice was deliciously buttery and the whole meal quite heavy. I barely made a dent by the time I got full. Well worth the price, and so glad they’re open late

Got the shrimp and chicken combo, was good not great, fried rice was very good so was the sauce that accompanied the meal. Shrimp was well seasoned, chicken was dry though. For 30$ I was better off going somewhere else, may try again but who knows.

Order from these guys all the time, great food, great customer service. Make sure to ask for extra sauce with your order the price may seem high but is well worth it for that juicy chicken and flavorful fried rice!

Was here by accident! I’m a have to say Bomb food my Brother’s! Proper Burrito, got to give it up to y’all killed it. Will be coming by in the near future 1 of the best steak and shrimp burritos I’ve had thus far awesome flavor! Like I said a must try coming here was no accident straight fate. Great food for the seeker of great flavor! Props Bruh!
