Food had hair in it. Instead of refunding they wanted to remake the meal. Meat serving is smaller then before even when you pay for double it’s still one serving.meat is dry and has No seasoning at all, even after asking for extra seasoning.

Gave this little girl working the register name I was picking up for & she was on her phone. Took her about 3 min to answer me an then said they still working on it. I walked back in cause as everyone knows it’s over 100 degrees inside there. Went back in 15 min later all she did was look at me lol so I asked her how much longer ha she didn’t even answer me just gave me a nasty look and continued her phone call lol. Last time I’ll be going to this location. Prob shouldn’t have what looked like an 10/11 year old working the front of the restaurant if she’s not able to do it lol must have been an intense teen conversation

I’m not a fan of hibachi food but this I enjoyed A LOT! I love that I got a little sushi box, too! Tonight is my first time ordering from hibachi express tallmadge and definitely won’t be my last! I’m stuffed! Thanks for the yummy food!

So, the Hibachi Xpress on Tallmadge USED TO BE the best hibachi around!! The food was amazing…portions were perfect AND you would get free California rolls with any order over $30 bucks. I’m not sure what happened… if it’s under new ownership or what… but the last 2 times we got food from there… it was ridiculously bad!!! It has gone down hill and we are very sad about it. AND… there is no longer sushi which was personally, my favorite part of the restaurant!!! What happened Tallmadge hibachi xpress??? Long story short…. we are very disappointed with how quickly our FAVORITE restaurant declined in service and food quality!!!

Walked in there and they wouldn’t even make eye contact or ask me for my order. Didn’t say a word just stared at the stupid tablet thing. Same with another customer standing next to me. Just ignored us. We both walked out.

This is the worst hibachi place in the Akron area. I order a trio meal from them the steak and chicken was dry so I asked for a remake, which was declined and then I ask for a refund which the said they don’t do.
