The brisket, Ribs,sausage and hot links are about as good as you can find anywhere. Their bbq sause is Top 2 in Texas (meaning the world) in my humble opinion and I’ve eaten from here to NY.

My entire family ate at hickory BBQ on that day which I don’t remember what day it was off hand, we all had chopped beef sandwiches and they were excellent we also had the chocolate cake and it was good as usual light and moist. Also for dessert some of us had Cherry crunch, it was all so good the only problem being there was too much whipped cream or whatever that topping was. So other than that everything else was magnificent including the staff. I definitely recommend this restaurant for great barbecue, good desserts and fine dining. ️

I love ribs, and baby backs are my favorite! Sure enough, that’s the kind of ribs they have here. Unfortunately, they’re absolutely tasteless: no smoke flavor, no seasoning flavor, not even a pork flavor. Positively. The worst ribs I have ever had anywhere.

Food was great! All home made, took me back to the good home cooked meals my mother use to make, i loved it. Very nostalgic brought back lots of great childhood memories.. Prices an portions were surprisely reasonable for BBQ.. Wish parking was alittle better, food made up for it. Best BBQ in Bonham..

Good bbq, price and friendly. I ordered small carry out. Chopped beef was a little mushy, cole slaw was standard, potato salad was creamy and tasted good and pinto beans were good and bland. The sauce was a perfect 1 size fits all. Not to spicy, sweet or peppery. The peach cobbler just came out so I got some of that too. Not too sweet and cobbler was like dough. For <$30 my wife and I are full. Can't rave about anything but I will be back, just not for the cobbler.
