I Can’t begin to explain how amazing this new smoothie place is! As soon as you walk in it’s filled with amazing aromas that just make you smile, the staff are so kind! And really friendly! I would 100 percent recommend everyone in hickory to try it. I’m so happy that we finally have somewhere that is welcoming and healthy! Like I said I would 100 percent recommend!

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The actual product was simply a protein shake. It was made with the same protein powder I’ve purchased at Walmart blended with water and ice. For the price of two of these shakes, you could buy your own canister of powder. There’s a option to add in random things like cereal, m&ms, chopped nuts, but no nutritious food. To be fair, I had no idea what the business was before walking in. Based on the cup with a straw on the logo, I was expecting real food smoothies. The atmosphere was also lackluster. Disappointed…

Very empty not much to look at need some happy energetic positive power words on the wall or something to motivate you to action. Because the drinks will not do it they are fairly good but grossly overpriced I know in places high but $12 for a smoothie or shake that has positive health benefits? Any smoothie or shake as long as it’s not just ice cream has positive health benefits some have more, these do not have enough more to be worth that price. Sorry ladies!
