Went with a friend to have girl talk time. Got our food and told them that if we needed anything, we would get them that we were just there to have some lunch and to catch up. The waitress was great and didn’t bother us unless we asked, and then they were right on it. The food was really good and the service was great. Great experience overall.

Server nice but obviously inexperienced. I specified three times no cheese on my hamburger as I was allergic. You guessed it, they brought out a cheeseburger. Obviously I had to send it back. The other people in my group finished their meals before I even received mine. The restaurant was very empty so the replacement meal was obviously not a priority. In addition, I ordered a baked potato with my meal and then the server came back after the fact saying that the restaurant does not serve bake potatoes any more. So I received fries which were greasy and horrible. If I had known that a backed potato was not an option when I ordered, I probably would have ordered something entirely different.

Nice spot close to our hotel we were able to walk to. Good drinks and the BBQ nachos were so good we had to order a second plate. Top 3 nachos we had in our lives. The backyard peach tea was a nice mixed cocktail too.

Great stop for food after a long day. The staff were happy and helpful. The rib eye was an excellent cut, well prepared and half the price of a steak house. Loved the tavern fries. Friends had quesadillas and loved them. Ice cold beer on tap.

My friend and I hosted a baby shower for our friend at the Providence Rd. Hickory Tavern. I arranged it with the manager, Scott, who was extremely helpful and accommodating when we were still trying to confirm the date and # of people. Once the date of the shower arrived, we got to the restaurant to set up and decorate. We had our choice of 2 areas and the staff was very helpful. Our server Messi, was great in dealing with about 20-25 guests total! The food was great and we had a wonderful time celebrating our friend and the upcoming arrival of baby! We appreciate everyone at Hickory Tavern for making this evening special! Thank you so much!

Came in at 3 while traveling. Food took forever to arrive, the burger was cold and the queso was congealed. Kept hearing shouts from the kitchen, apparently they were more interested in the Qatar game. Servers were nice but probably will never use this location again.

We ordered take out at the bar. The bartender wasn’t friendly or attentive to us. I ordered Cobb salad with chicken, tater tots and Brussels Sprouts. My sister ordered fish and chips and a small tavern salad. Our total was $50. I asked for the tots to be crispy. My brussels were cold and burnt…HOW?? My tots were cold!!! I advised the bartender about my food and he disappeared… but ironically came back as we were leaving… to give someone else their food! We get back to the hotel and my sister’s salad isn’t in the bag. My salad was ok but I’m disturbed to say the least! I wouldn’t recommend this place…
