Really good vegan pizza! But the employees are trash. Second time ordering through door dash they gave us 8/10 wings. Third time we got 7/10 wings and missing sides of ranch that were 50 cents a piece. We called to let them know and the guy laughed at us. Last time trying to order over the phone the employee seemed as though we were bothering him with our call, and that was after we had to call twice to get through to them. Wow… I thought my experiences with them cancelling my orders, lop-sided pizzas, and missing items was unique! I thought it was a series of unfortunate luck — but it’s NORMAL? Everyone gets ripped off and intentionally offended?? Wow. The reviews are right: potential for good food, but only with a complete staffing overhaul, including whatever management team allows this to happen.

I would give it a 0 out of 5 but it’s not possible. I placed an order online and it was cancelled, no text, no call , nothing. So I tried calling the store and the answered after the 5th try and picked up and left the phone off the hook to where I was talking to nobody. Then called again and they did the same thing. Then called 3 more times and they answered with such hostility saying “we are clearly busy, it’s going to take an hour for your pie, what do you want” at that point I asked to speak to a manager and they hung up on me.

I ordered vegan pizza. He told me to wait 45 min I waited and went back to check if it’s ready after 1 hour. Another person told me 5 more min. I have been waiting the whole time and went back up and he told me since we have backed up order I don’t know when the cook is gonna put it in. I was disappointed waiting , I will never return due to the customer service.
