DIVORCE YOURSELF
Had high hopes and expectations which were not met the moment we arrived. Very little seating available and no table service began the downward spiral of visiting this establishment. Expensive ribs which were very fatty, coleslaw which had absolutely no flavor that I had to put barbecue sauce on it to make it edible plus limited drink availability all combined to make this visit extremely disappointing. Will not return and do not recommend. A waste of $58.00 for very unsatisfactory food.

Very good dining experience. Coming in the decor is very nice. Food was very good. Had the Hot Mess. Texas toast with Chipotle Gouda, pulled pork, smoked Mac n cheese, and bacon. Girlfriend had the Potato Boat. Salt potatoes, pulled pork with melted Jack. Very friendly staff and a super clean bathroom. Worth the visit.

Been waiting for this place to open up. Let me say, it was definitely worth it. Tried the potato boat, brisket, loaded Mac with the pulled pork, and a half of ribs. Wonderful service and probably some of the best food we’ve had since moving to upstate! Wonderful experience, coming back for more soon! Thank you!

Never visited the restaurant, but got food from the truck. Menu is deceptive and lists no prices. The wait was horrendous, despite the short line we waited 50 minutes . The prices turned out to be outrageously expensive. We paid $50 for 1 sandwich, side of coleslaw, a 2 SMACs which were mostly overcooked macNcheese. Everything is marked up 30% from their regular menu. We will not visit the restaurant or the truck again and don’t recommend you do either.

I’ve had quite a bit of barbecue in my life. This place has some of the tastiest BBQ I’ve ever eaten. The staff is accommodating, polite, and respectful. When we have a big celebration we love to order from high on the hog!

They have a saying down south: the smaller the place, the better the bbq. Certainly applies here. Brisket with swiss and bacon, smoked pork chop special (2 inches thick) with asparagus. Second visit in two years (Covid), excellent both times.
