Friendly staff, and welcoming environment. Coffee was smoother and way more flavorful than the big chains while the pastries were creative and delicious. Highly recommend the Queen Bee honey cake.

High Point is a five star bakery but overall a three star coffee shop. First, the good: a great selection of pastries are offered, including classics as well as some innovative flavor spins, such as a ginger plum hand pie (recommend).

Good time of year to try their summer tea. It is made with lavender syrup, lemons and mint. Nice combination and refreshing. Nice place to grab tea and sit outside in late afternoon when shade hits outdoor seating.

I’m from the Pacific Northwest, and High Point has a really nice Seattle vibe for me, with coffee to match. I personally love the spinach/onion/chevre crepes, and the baked goods are incredible, made local. Try the medici!
