Ever since HTB was established in 1986, we wanted to redefine fast food and deliver a better burrito experience. At 21, Founder Greg Maples served the kind of food you might whip up in your kitchen. But, he did it fast! The locals LOVED the fresh flavors as well as the hand-crafted, customized food. As the awards piled up, the lines stacked up! We quickly learned there was a real hunger (pun intended!) for a better burrito! If you think after twenty-five plus years, we’d rest on our laurels, think again: We’ve retained the same energy, enthusiasm and commitment that made us a pioneer in the healthy eating movement. There was no shortness of anything and the filling was there from top to bottom same amount of everything. The chips and avocado was great!!! I could eat it all day everyday. Surprisingly a let down High Tech Burrito on the quality of the burrito wraps. Have ordered from there twice for pickup and it was not good. Disappointing and fishy. Customer service is lacking too. The people working there are very rude. I won’t be giving it a third try unfortunately.

I ordered the shrimp bowl and instead I got a burrito. I told them I did not order a burrito. Instead of making it right they emptied the contents of the burrito and put it in a plastic bowl! Disgusting! I’ve seen dog food that looked better than that. Then the employee told me that there are no bowls. It’s all burritos! Truly unbelievable! First and last time I ever go to this place again.

Been coming here for years but Saturday was the last straw. Spent almost $40 on two burritos that had None of what we asked for… A Baja shrimp burrito that ONLY HAD RICE. I specifically asked for it a certain way which included extra sour cream amoungst other things and they literally just made what they wanted. There was NO SOUR CREAM AT ALL…. then I got a steak and chicken SUPER burrito… They didn’t listen to the order and that also had a request for extra sour cream once again there was NONE. I checked my receipt and it’s was exactly how I said it. This is the second time this has happened, it’s like the cooks just make what they want and judging by the other comments Management rather justify it and blame the customer which is just what I went through when I called back. Very frustrating.
