Higher Ground Coffee is a hidden gem! Small business vibes with unique flavors, yummy treats, great decor, good music, and relaxed vibes. A perfect place to take it slow and have a nice coffee, or a great place to study. The service was great, too! She was personable, kind and started conversation. The coffee was delicious. We’d be back & recommend!

The Tiramisu latte is so yummy!! Wow!!! This coffee shop is smaller than I thought it would be from the pictures. It seems pretty busy, and luckily there is plenty of seating.

Just consistently good coffee with great customer service. I still need to try the sandwiches. But the prices are also amazing. Very few places where you can get a quality latte for less than $5. I’ve never had a less than great experience at Higher Ground. It’s typically my afternoon latte stop and there’s always a place to sit and a nice easy going atmosphere.

An artsy cafe with a patio, Higher Ground did not disappoint. I got the honey lavender latte at the suggestion of the barista, and it had a nice earthy, sweet flavor. It wasn’t too expensive either, compared to other coffee shops around. The parking situation is not the best, however. Otherwise, great spot.

We stopped in for a couple of dirty chai lattes and found a cozy spot to shack up for some serious studying.

I strongly recommend this coffee shop!! I moved to Utah 2 years ago for graduate school and found this place along my commute. The staff of Higher Ground Coffee helped me through my Masters Degree with their welcoming and relaxing atmosphere, great service and delicious coffee! I will miss them since I’ll be moving out of state for work. Thank you guys, take care!

Wow 😀 This is the best breakfast place I know in the area. I haven’t been there in a long time, but the people there seem to care about the quality and service without busting your wallet. Great egg sandwich. I wish more companies were like this. I get more value out of that than just the materialistic trade, I kept a feeling long after and my belly is still happy. They made me feel welcome even though I probably don’t fit their typical demographic, unlike a lot of places stuck in their clique. Nice place to chill and read, they have games too and niche items.

The parking is a little rough, but it is well worth it. The drinks and food are wonderful. The staff is friendly and they have things made by local artists. The atmosphere is warm and inviting.

Higher Ground is a very tasty and unique coffee house in Salt Lake City with awesome ski town vibes. They have great coffee and plenty of choices on how to consume it. The vibe inside is a awesome little cozy spot for anything. Studying, music, or just meeting up. Defiantly a spot to check out if you have not already.

Cute shop but they don’t really have breakfast sandwiches the way another reviewer implied. They were all out of eggs this morning & have no mayo. Instead, they have unique *lunch* sandwiches. Plus, the 3 bagels they had looked inedible and were wrapped in plastic. A bit misleading. It’s essentially a coffee shop with a panini grill.
