The food in general was good, however it was a little salty for my liking. The noodles tasted very “doughy” but you could also tell they were fresh. They had a wide selection of things to choose from on the list. I also appreciate that you’re able to use a QR code for the menu and order online, while also combining the receipt. You can not pay on their site, but not a huge deal as far as experience. My biggest concern is that while I love the aesthetic of this place, I don’t think I would return. While you can see the cooks and watch them hand make the noodles, it was also concerning that I could see them touching their face (nose, move hair out of the way) and then continue making food. This was a COMPLETE turn off for me and my experience and I can not trust their sanitation process. One of the last things that I didn’t really enjoy was that their chili oil sauce was made in-house so I was expecting amazing flavors and spice and it didn’t have any of that. It taste very oily, burnt and quite flavorless. I really like expected that to hit the spot and was just a bit disappointed.

When we came in here, it was pretty busy. We couldn’t find anyone to help us. We finally got sat and saw that you order from a QR code, which was pretty cool. Once we got our food we needed a few extra things but it was so hard to get help. Then we realized their was only one waitress for the whole restaurant. Oh man she was over worked. Even though you order from your phone that took the place of a person taking your order they’re still a lot that people need. We got the Dan Dan noodles. The noodles were good just needed a lot more sauce. Tomatoes with eggs were good, walnut shrimp, kung pow, and this spicy crispy fish. The fish was my favorite. Overall the food was good! Just be prepare to wait because it’s not her fault that she’s serving the whole restaurant.

I came with some friends and we tried several different dishes. My favorite was the spicy beef. It was well flavored and had a good spice to it. The spring rolls were really good as well. Service was good and it wasn’t too crowded. I’m glad I was able to try this restaurant out.

It was a life changing experience for me. Okay, so their hand-pulled noodles, they actually might win a Michelin star one day. Because of that, I would recommend everyone to try them before it goes crazy. The broth tasted super clean, the noodles were bouncy and offered incredible texture. We also ate it with their spicy fried chicken and combined those with rice. Mind blowing. Never had anything like it in my life. Definitely recommended and remember, they might go virak soon. So savour it while you can!

Loved the decor. Service was good, but food came out in uneven bursts and we had to wait a while between dishes before everyone was served. We loved the fresh noodles and they went really well with the spicy hot pot dish. Other than that, we loved the food and will be coming back.

Came for Sunday lunch when it opened. Wanted to try some of the appetizers & a summer drink but unfortunately they were out of stock which was odd since it just opened. Ordered the chicken stir-fried noodles & the eggplant with green beans. Food took a while to come out, even though it was not busy.

Seen this place on Instagram and needed to try it for myself. The hand pulled noodles was the best! So soft and chewy and remarkably delicious. We can watch the employee hand pulling the noodles and the entire staff cooking from the window. The service here was awesome, the staff and helpful and ready to answer all of our questions. They service alcoholic beverages here as well. It was worth the 1 hour drive.

There noodle soup is the best I have ever had, but the place is so dirty! Not sure how they pass inspection! My buddy even had food poisoning. We all ate the same thing, except he used the container with the chili sauce in it that looked like it had never been cleaned and sat in the sun all day that beat in thru the window. I really hope they can turn it around bc I would love to take my family, but too dirty to take my kids. Floors were disgusting under tables and next to windows.
