Dishonest about delivery time (told 30min when in reality it was over an hour and a half) and unresponsive when called ( was told they would be with me in a second and I could clearly hear over the phone while they answered another call and had a conversation with someone else?). I wanted to try them again after having a bad experience years ago with the same issues and it’s clear nothing has changed. Would not recommend them if you want your food quickly or any customer service.

My daughter and friend went to this establishment on 4/13/2023 around 7:30 p.m. and order a medium pepperoni pizza for $14.12. The guy who was making their pizza did not have gloves on, which is unsanitary to be prepping any food at all. The guy told them 20 minutes and when they went back to get their pizza which was not ready. They preceeded to wait and nothing was produced. They noticed one of the workers go to a table and retrieved some money and went back to prepping pizza. She then asked for a refund after waiting 2 1/2 hrs and was told that she could only get half of her money back. Then the guy told her that the card she used to pay for her pizza wasn’t the correct card but if he would’ve look at the numbers he would’ve seen that was the correct card. Cooperate will definitely be contacted on this matter. If there was any way to give this establishment a 0 I definitely would, fast quick and in a hurry.

Food is delicious. It is not fast food and they prepare when ordered. We have baked spaghetti and sub and fries. All very good. Delivery was fast from the store.

Came at 10pm when I was on a tow call with my fiancé. The guy was really friendly and the food was awesome & the price was fair. It was the first time we’ve ever eaten here and now I think it might be a regular place for us.

Ordered 2 times in one week. Both times they messed up the order. They didn’t make the correct pizza’s. Ordered 2 pizza’s each time, so that makes 4 pizza’s made wrong in 1 week. Never ordering from them again.

ALWAYS 45-60 minutes late for delivery! Every single time! They never offer any compensation for cold food. IFit’s hot, it’s delicious. It has never been on time! EVER!

We walked in and to our right was a 5 gallon bucket of what looked like ranch dressing sitting on a chair in the direct sun light with no lid on it. I would think you should have all your prep in the kitchen. There were no plates available for dine in we had to use napkins to eat off of. We tried to special order a pizza with half and half ingredients and were initially told we can’t do that and when the pizza came out it looked like they tried to figure it out but it was completely wrong.

We drove from Blacksburg to radford by passing twenty other places just to get highlanders pizza the chicken bacon ranch pizza which is amazing it’s just we get so excited and it’s such a big pizza!
