The food was good, But the experience was unbelievable. When I placed the orderThey told me give them30 to 40 minutes to prepare the food. After calling the restaurant an hour later and the food still not being ready. Long story short I waited an hour and a half to pick up my food. Then when I get my bill I see they’ve added 15% gratuity. Needless to say I will not be ordering from this restaurant again.

Eel Cucumber roll was great. That’s it. The smoothie my friend ordered was an insulting size for $6.95. It came in a margarita cup. She did not drink the smoothie or even touch it for that matter and asked to switch her drink to something else. The manager actually argued with her in front of other customers (poor service) and tried to guilt her by saying “it’s expensive”. Then I was charged nearly a dollar for spicy mayo that wasn’t even spicy. The service was so terrible. I’ll never come back here again.

I worked with Chef/Owner years ago and know how clean he runs his kitchen and how fresh are the ingredients he uses. I order very often and every time the food is insanely delicious, fresh and looks presentable. I hooked up my coworkers and now we all order from here never a bad experience. Menu is BIG and everything is exciting to try.
