I come here strictly for the Dallas wings in flavor hot. The reviews you see about how small they are is correct. But Hilberts give you way more then you actually order which makes up for the size. My only complaint is the consistency. One day you may get what you order which for me is the Dallas flavor HOT in wings that come out fresh full of sauce. Next day you will order Dallas flavor HOT in wings and receive cold, MILD dry wings. I would definitely give 5 stars if this restaurant could get the order and consistency right for paying customers.

This place has been in Austin for a long time. Nothing fancy here just solid food. Everything is good, it’s reasonably priced. Customer service is good. They are very friendly folks, glad to see another hometown place still going strong. I will definitely visit them

The chicken sandwich wasn’t any good at all. Dint feel chicken in my mouth, too much processed? Rings were crispy and good. I would change the way the server at the window handed over the paying machine to each customer in the drive-thru, cleanliness? Greasy machine, COVID etc.

The rings and fries were hot and fresh… The onion rings were seasoned and went well with ketchup… However the wings were not so good… The HOT sauce was flavorful but the wing underneath lacked substance.. I could not tell if they were just unseasoned and unbreaded chicken wings or just not a good quality chicken but when I don’t eat the wing and leave meat on the bones, it’s a no for me. Maybe the burgers are better, but I will most likely never go back again.. ps. The staff were very nice and the food came out quick and hot…

Eating very low carb. Downing beef patties all over town, with cheese, no onion,no bun, no fries, unsweetened tea. This is tasty beef and should be tried. It has a charbroil flavor that is really good. Will be back.
