I had the state bird grilled chicken sandwich with a side of fries here. Deliciously seasoned French fries that were perfectly crispy! The sandwich sauce had pretty decent flavor. Service was great. They have plenty of fans going if you’d like to sit outside. Definitely worth a trip! Be prepared to park a block away during lunch time.

The menu was pretty simple but very gourmet. The Tuna Poké Nacho was quite tasty… great flavor. The Duck Wings tasted good. The Italian Grind was good … good choice of bread and the right amount of flavor. The Turkey Reuben was good but was very dry.. The prices were high for what you get…. just 4 Duck Wings and they were just good. The waitress was very good attentive and cheerful made the experience great. So at the end I enjoyed the place but didn’t find it a destination spot. It’s a great neighborhood place. It was a pricy picnic table setting. I hoped to have craved to go back … but couldn’t find one thing to go back … well maybe the Tuna Poké Nacho

The food was good. I had the steak. However, a friend who was with me ordered a hamburger and stated several times no cheese. His hamburger came with cheese. The server took it back for correction. The rest of is were finished with our food and he had not received his hamburger yet. We had to remind the server and they must have put it in a microwave because when it was brought out the first time, the plate was cool and now needed to be brought with pot holders. We waited for him to finish, we paid and I asked for a iced tea to go. The server said ok then proceeded to clean tables while we waited. I never got the tea so we left. I haven’t even mentioned the flies!!!! At one time I counted 30 flies on the window by us. We had to eat while swatting at the flies. I have never eaten anywhere with this problem indoors!!!!!! Probably won’t be back.

Amazing staff and food. I had to plan for a large group outing and this place delivered beyond expectations. The outdoor area was perfect for conversations and hanging out. Food was delicious and reasonably priced. We had attentive and accommodating staff members.

Went on a Friday night, long wait for the patio so we sat at the bar. Service was OK. We started with some cocktails and the BA salad (forgot the photo). The blackberry bourbon cocktail was underwhelming. The hog and cake was pretty good, but maybe a but too heavy as both the pork and the grits are fried. The brick pressed prosciutto sandwich was also pretty good, maybe a little too much bread, but it had good flavor. The fries were over salted and tasted like old frying oil. It seems like a fun place and I would go back for the atmosphere and to try a milkshake, maybe not for the food.

Awesome place for the pups. Tuna nachos are amazing. Burger is amazing! Ice cream, yum. Our server lost my credit card for about 5-10 mins, thankfully someone else found it and turned it in, so I’m not mad. But I was getting there… we will be back. Enjoyed it. 🙂
