The service and the food at this place is horrible. There was four people in the restaurant. My old lady’s food and mine came out cold. Absolutely no flavor. Staff has no competence when it comes to cooking, seasoning or what kind of cheese they have.( l was told regular). I asked for mushrooms on my ribeye, l was given a side of fried mushrooms. I asked for mayo, didnt get it. We left at least 3/4 of our meals couldn’t get a refund. Disgusting, Disgusting, Disgusting. Hilltop should be called City Dump, absolutely the worst place to eat in Cyntiana. School, hospital, and prison food are 1,000 times better.

We ordered shakes. When he was trying to scoop the health the spoon broke. She said he will probably take it off menu. I said just make caramel, but he made the health. They taste aweful, frozen milk. The health leaves grease film in mouth. When I called she just said um ok i will tell him..

Waited over 30 minutes for burned Philly cheese steak, cold fries and no slaw! When I called first time I was hung up on, when I called back manager already knew which order I was talking about, which means he knew it was no good but sent it out anyway since it was to go.
