Hillary’s Chicago pizza was born out of a desire for the comfort of food of sweet home Chicago. After Hillary’s catering went belly up and she was stuck not traveling home during the pandemic of 2020, she developed her own taste of home and found out it brought comfort to other Midwest transplants and converted some Floridians too. Some people claim it’s not only the best Chicago pizza they have ever had, but the best pizza ever.

Pizza is great! Tons of flavor in the dough. Excellent deep dish and best Chicago style I’ve ever had. The thin crust is a huge win here, perfect for sharing with the squad. Also, I had their meatball sandwich for lunch the other day….. Such a wonderful meatball! You won’t leave hungry. Great addition to St Augustine.

The pizza was great. I had the thin & crispy crust sausage, mushroom, & green pepper. My friend had the deep dish. The other customers were friendly and talkative..a lot of Chicago talk. Hillary, the owner was friendly and helpful. The place is small. It was like being back in Chicago. Definitely will go back.

Wife and i liked the Chicago thin crust pizza. She wasn’t a big fan of the calzone. Could be seasoned better. I felt it looked like one of the best calzones as far as appearance goes just flavor want there. Might have been an off day. Staff and patrons were super friendly with a pretty decent selection of beers including ones from chi town. Will be back to try the deep dish. I just have to starve myself for a few days before I commit.

We visited here on our way home from vacation. We ordered the Chicago Style deep dish with spinach, ricotta, and mushroom; it was great! We also had a thin crust pizza with pepperoni which was also excellent. We dined in and service was exceptional. Hillary and Bruce are a fun couple that brought a taste of Chicago with them to Florida. If you’re in the St Augustine area, I highly recommend giving Hillary’s Chicago Pizza a try. You will not be disappointed!

Great Place! Bruce and Hillary are great people and take care of you. Beer selection is amazing. Being from Detroit and living in Chicago for awhile I can say that the pizza is amazing. Thin crust was great and deep dish was also great. Atmosphere is great, they have board games and arcade games to keep the kids busy and they always have a ball game on for the fans.

Yes five stars. This is adult pizza. The Chicago deep dish takes a while to cook. The pretzel with beer cheese and a beer is a great idea while watching baseball and enjoying the pub atmosphere. Great owners, you can tell they love the craft of owning a business. The deep dish is great. The beer selection is broad and has something for every taste. Love this place.
