Grabbed dinner from this food truck. The ribs and brisket had a perfect smoke flavor. They put the bbq on the side, which is perfect, I can use the amount I want. The mac and cheese was so freakin good, I couldn’t stop eating it. If you’re in the mood for BBQ I would highly recommend!

I had an underwhelming experience at Hillbilly BBQ. The chicken I ordered was disappointingly dry and had an odd taste reminiscent of gas burners. The portion size was quite small considering the price paid. The mac and cheese was lackluster and seemed like it might have come from a store shelf, possibly Walmart. Moreover, I found the meat portions to be stingy. Overall, I was left dissatisfied with the quality and value of the meal.

Hillbilly BBQ was just ok. The kids serving the food moved at a snails pace. I felt I could have went back there and dished it up quicker. They also did not tell me that the put my Cole slaw and baked beans in the same container. What would you not put it in an individual cup when it’s something like that? By the time we opened our containers everything had run together. The Cole slaw and beans did seem good though despite being all mixed together. Our brisket was the star of the show! It was excellent. Ribs were just ok they were lacking flavor other then being smoked. They also served us Mac and cheese that was the bottom of the barrel and should not have been served.

This is a once and done visit for me. I ordered a brisket sandwich with a side of baked beans and potato salad. Everything was placed into a typical 3 section styrofoam to go food service container which would have been OK if the incredibly slow and entirely unenthusiastic teenager serving me didn’t completely tilt the entire container a full 90 degrees sideways to put it into a plastic bag. As you can imagine, the baked beans and it’s sauce went everywhere inside the container and covered all of my food. It was even dripping out of the container into the plastic bag. My meal might have been pretty tasty if everything wasn’t dripping in baked bean sauce. I’ll never bother going here again, I don’t get all the rave reviews.

I ordered the brisket sandwich with sweet sauce. Brisket was cooked to perfection and very flavorful. And got my money’s worth and then some with the amount of brisket loaded into the sandwich. Highly recommend, especially after a day at French Creek State park, it’s a very short drive

I was craving some good barbecue ribs today so I did a Google search and I found HillBilly BBQ. I am so glad I took the ride to try this place out. The ribs were banging, honestly fall off the bone, nice smoked flavor, great texture, just a pleasure to eat. I had the mac & cheese along with coleslaw for a side which were just as good and homemade. The owner Jr is very friendly and service is quick. I definitely found my go-to BBQ place. Highly recommend going to HillBilly BBQ.

Grabbed Dinner from this food truck for the 1st time and it was delicious. I had pulled chicken and brisket. Hot sauce was perfect for a bite but not burned your mouth. Great food truck and I will be stopping more often!
