Me and my friend stopped at thus tourist site for fun on our vacation and had loads of fun looking at the antiques and decor of this place! Very awesome and original. The food was great too, had a weenie of course and best dog I’ve ever had. Would highly come back again some day!

Stopped here on our road trip adventure. The atmosphere was so unique- so many corky things to look at and make you laugh. It’s an experience to eat inside of an old bus! The different combinations of hot dogs were more intriguing than the food itself. The hot dogs were good, but nothing super excellent. The onion rings were delicious, though! Worth the stop to see the location and have the experience!

The way they have this place decked out is brilliantly unique. We loved wandering around before we even went into the restaurant.

Super cool place with all the decor. It was a destination during our trip and we were very happy we went. The west Virginia dog was very good along with the spicy red sausage dog. Would definitely recommend it

I was visiting from Colorado. My husband always talked about coming here as he’s from WV. Said we needed to go. What a fun lil place this is. He loves the food. Unfortunately, I wasn’t a fan of the food. But the atmosphere was 10/10. Who would have thought a bunch of junk would be so enjoyable. I’d definitely come again.

We were so excited to visit Hillbilly Hot Dogs after seeing it on Dinners Drive-ins and Dives. The place it self you could spend hours just looking at all the items they have on display.

We traveled about 1.5 hours to visit this place. It is definitely unique and it’s worth visiting if you’re in the area. It does have a “tourist trap” vibe but there really isn’t anything else in the area. I agree with the other reviews, the fried dogs are definitely better than the standard steamed/boiled. Surprisingly, the egg dog was my favorite. I just wish they had fountain drinks instead of cans/bottles. I would come back if I’m in the area but I don’t think I would make a special trip again.

I absolutely love this place!! It’s funky eating areas and all the kitschy novelties all over the place. Now let’s talk food, their hot dogs are some of the best I’ve had, they have a huge variety of unusual combinations on their dogs. For the brave eaters they have a challenge dog, The Homewrecker it’s a ten pound eating challenge!!The onion rings are great, the fries are great and the employees that work there are the best. It’s like visiting a carnival every time I go.

What a great place to ride, the air-conditioning in the bus’s was a nice addition to the hour and 45 min wait in line. The food was amazing, the best part was the girl at the register, she had pizzaz. My wife and I had a great time, we met great people, and they guys that knew what my Yamaha Eluder was is a plus.

One of those “come for the experience” places. The location is right off the freeway in the beautiful WV forest. Service is friendly, prompt and the atmosphere is cool. You’ll run into a long line but it only took 20 or so minutes to get through.
