I’ve been there twice, now. I had fried oysters the first time, and they were delicious!! This time, I got salmon patties, and they were fantastic, too. Oh, and the key lime pie is awesome! It’s a little pricey, but it’s seafood! I would definitely recommend a visit!

Tried this little place today while working in the area. My husband and I both had the Mexican shrimp & grits. It was absolutely amazing! I’m picky about grits (most people don’t cook them long enough!) & these were perfect ! We will definitely be back when we work in the area again 🙂

I asked for them to show me what they had, i wanted the best plate of food they had to offer… MAN did they deliver, a slab of tuna fit for royalty, shrimp and grits, im sorry im partial to my wives recipe, but to even come close to hers is a feat every other recipe Will never achieve.. Their recipe did just that.

Went to this place while visiting my brother. I love catfish and Hillbilly Seafood delivered in quality and taste. The owner has great personality. Will definitely be back the next time I visit Pulaski.

My daughter and I stopped and grabbed some clam strips and etouffee shrimp and grits with a side of sweet potato fries. She said her etouffee was better than what she had in Louisiana! Everything was perfectly seasoned and cooked.

You must go to this place!!! We have never had a bad piece of food in all the times we’ve been. His fried fish plate is excellent every time. The gumbo and chili are both super good. His specials are always fun to try too. Definitely highly, highly recommend this little food truck.

First time there. What a great meal. I got the shrimp and grits. Very generous portion with the biggest shrimp I’ve ever seen. They young lady who was working was such a delight to be around. If you’re ever in Pulaski, give them a try.
