This place is a joke, the lady behind counter is super rude, they have a sign no card no service me having cash only thought that they only took credit or debit she rudly told me to read it again, and again I got the same meaning, she goes on to say it means cash only, well why not say cash only duh I refused to place an order and walked out will never, never go here again, place was empty for a saturday, I wonder why. Do yourself a favor and a wasted trip go elsewhere. Cant give less than one start to post, trust me they deserve less, like maybe a negative 10. That lady has some issues PTSD, PMS, or some type of disorder.

Last time at Hillery’s for me. I have supported this place since day one. The continues NOT answering of their phone and mask upon entry and the cash only is too much. The final straw today, I walked in at 5 and was told no order being taken till 6. Good Luck!

The woman that runs/owns this establishment is a real good hearted soul. I do the 30 miHillary. From Racine for this great assortment of hush puppies, tips and mouth watering brisket. A simple and clean establishment that saves me the drive to Chicago. Thank you Ms. Hillery.

Absolutely the best rib tips I’ve ever had. The sauce is so tangy and wonderful. Love getting the piece of bread with my order just to sop up the wonderful sauce! By far, my favorite place for ribs.

Based on the look of the restaurant and how it looks on the inside is one of the reasons i gave it one star. But first and foremost my family recommended this spot and i knew it had to be a hit. What i didn’t know was that the customer service would be sub par and you also can’t call in to place an order. I called not once but twice to place an order in advance while en route to this business. Once i arrived though no one greeted me and once the lady behind the counter heard someone in the business she tells me no mask no service. Politely walks off, my thing is if that’s how you plan on running this place then why not try answering the phone to let customers know in advance prior to their arrival. I told her i understood and took my business elsewhere. It also looks like the health department needs to make a stop in this place because it certainly didn’t smell welcoming.

So it is January 20, 2023. The state of Wisconsin does not mandate me to have to wear a mask to go in any business. This very rude individual refused me service and kicked me out the building because I don’t have a mask on what happened to my body my choice? I guess Hillary’s as a whole is doing so fantastic they can turn away do you know potential 40 to 50 bucks? About to be spent sorry to say it Hillary has lost my business for life
