The 3 star rating has nothing to do with the quality of food which was excellent and cooked perfectly as ordered, the service was good and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Here’s my story. So I found this place on Google and wanted to try it. Liked it immediately when I walked in. Started eating and knew I would be back here. About half way through someone started cleaning the bathrooms about 10′ from my table. Whatever cleaner they used came to my table and saturated my nose so that the last 1/3 of my meal tasted like cleaning product and literally ruined my meal which is unfortunate. You need to be aware of things that may interfere with the meal enjoyment. I was gonna give 4 stars but on my 20 min drive home I started getting a headache and stomach ache which I never get so it was upsetting that my first experience here made me sick. First impressions are lasting.

Great small town cafe. Places like this are disappearing and it makes me sad. Had a chicken fried steak and eggs and it was perfect! Friendly atmosphere. Mostly regulars eating here. Not a trendy bistro. It’s perfect.

Phenomenal breakfast joint… super cozy and friendly service. Ms. Jackie was an awesome waitress and her brother cooked up an oversized omelet for me called “The Sleeper” since I asked for extra eggs.

Yum! They never disappoint. Called ahead. Ready by the time we got there. They are always so sweet and ask about the girls (we have been going here for years). Family owned and operated. Staff is quick and friendly. Food is always hot. Coffee is always filled.

Honestly, this place is amazing! The atmosphere was so cozy and they are the nicest people in the world. I called ahead to see if they had liver and onions. They did! My favorite! The waitress was the owners daughter and the cook was her brother. My wife had the tuna melt and said it was great too! Also, couldn’t not try the clam chowder. It’s to die for. I was speechless at the prices as well. Everything was very reasonable. The decor was awesome as well. This will be a regular place for my wife and I from now on. Only thing to know ahead is they are cash only. So bring some cash! It is extremely worth it.

I am grateful for this diner. Not too many Mom & Pop diners exist. The service was wonderful. One waitress, but I never felt neglected. My hamburger was old school. Delicious. Everyone knew everyone. I will be back. 10 stars.
