I’ll be honest, I haven’t had the pizza there in about 4 years, but I remember it was good. HOWEVER, the Happy Goat (picture attached) is simply incredible. It’s simple ingredients, but the BALANCE of the flavors is perfect. The pesto doesn’t overpower the peppers, the goat cheese doesn’t overpower the pesto, you get the point. Also, the texture (super important to a neurodivergent like me) is also just exactly right. The lettuce isn’t too chewy, the carrots aren’t too crunchy, the marinated peppers aren’t too soggy. It’s the Goldilocks zone for everything.
