Good First Impression, very clean, good food and great friendly staff. I’ve also discovered a new supply of pies and cookies just waiting to be had, made fresh on location. We had chicken fried steak and egg dishes, then dreamily glanced at the assortment of deserts behind a lovely glass case. Can’t wait to try the strawberry rhubarb pie.

Good find. Great decor, open and clean inside. Big windows. Excellent service. Food was good. My only complaint is the orange cream soda. Had hardly any cream, so it basically tasted like orange soda. Good experience overall.

A beautiful classic interior contains great and attentive service and amazing food. I was not sure from some of the pictures up front on the page, but every dish that passed by had me gawking. The food is delicious American classics done wonderfully. Would recommend.

First time visiting the Hilltop Diner. Stopped in for breakfast on a Saturday morning. We waited to be seated for a couple minutes, before being greeted and offered a table or booth. The restaurant is decorated in a fifties diner theme and has a nice vibe to it. They also have a large selection of fresh baked pies available to purchase. Our host & server was friendly, energetic and very competent. After looking over the menu, we ordered mimosas and breakfast. The mimosas were brought out and, not long after, breakfast was served. We enjoyed a Cali Benedict, a build your own omelette and the mixed berry sweet crepes, with eggs and potatoes. The food was very good. This was a nice breakfast experience at the Hilltop Diner. We will eat here again. We enjoyed the atmosphere, had excellent service and very good food. Just a little FYI, their website and menu don’t mention mimosas, but they are served here.

Stopped here on a long trip today. The food is amazing!! We got mac n cheese bites, potato soup, and the Zesty hot dog and it was all incredible. Taste, size, for the price is unbeatable. Service is nice and the place is very cute and spacious.

I love this place! I love the atmosphere here, so inviting and so classic with its old-fashioned booths. The claw machines were so generous I actually won 3 different stuffed animals for the kids which is rare spent 9$. The food was really yummy. The burgers were juicy. The chips are home made. The garlic ailoli was amazing. Worth trying out if your in the area!

Don’t get the meatloaf or mashed potatoes and gravy. The meatloaf is dry and not good. The gravy has a weird tangy flavor. Oddly the salmon and rice was really good. The salad bar was full of good toppings and everything appeared fresh. The tri-tip sandwich was good too. The service is great, and it’s clean, it would have been nice if our server realized my husband didn’t touch his meal and asked about it. Not sure whether we’ll be back. Maybe if he didn’t get the meatloaf my husband would be open to a second chance.
