What an experience! I’m kicking myself for waiting so long to try Hinata. Each course was a perfect bite (or two.) Perfect blend of tastes and textures and perfect portion sizes. I left full and happy, eager to find a friend to join me there again soon.

Had a craving for sushi and a friend recommended this place. It was small and intimate.

Even after experiencing a plentiful Omakases, this one came as surprise. Chef prepared a wide range of tasty treats getting better and more internet as menu progressed.

First Omakase experience in life and it was memorable. We were lucky to sit at the counter. The sashimi was so fresh! Every bite makes me feel like swimming in the ocean. Also the staffs are super nice and professional!

First time here, it all goes by much too quickly as many great things do.

New favorite dinner spot for sushi in the East Bay. What a gem! Right next to the movie theatre too. They have a nice bar area, spacious indoor seating, and a cute/romantic outdoor seating feel. I love Omakase and especially fresh sashimi. Their sunrise roll was a perfect appetizer. We wish they have oysters left but we did come around 8 for dinner. Next time!

In short, it was an absolutely great experience, especially for its price. The dinner omakase was excellent in variety, creativity, display and taste. Each dish was unique and curated with a lot of thought put into it, and overall was very satisfying at the end of the night. It wasn’t too much food either, and the pacing was perfect. The waitress was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had about the menu or plates. The atmosphere was just exciting enough without being overwhelming. Definitely recommend!

All the fish was phenomenal. Super fresh, unique flavors, and melt in your mouth experience. One of my favorite omakase.

A nice assortment of fresh fish that was enhanced by the sake, wine and champagne pairings of the sommelier. We tried her pairing for all courses and she nailed it! A5 wagyu with shaved truffle was a highlight. We ordered it twice!
