Food was good , but the service was horrible . The greeter was kind to everyone but me . Had to flag the waiter down for more water after watching them refill others cups . I refused to tip , the server got really loud with me . I was followed outside of the restaurant and was sitting a block away and was around others and he approached the people sitting near me and told everyone outside I didn’t tip

Not as good as other Hong Kong restaurants. Service was slow. We found plastics in veggies. Decor looked unrenovated. Amex not accepted.
