We absolutely LOVE Hinode! The owner George and his son Keny are outstanding sushi chefs, and create some of the best combination of flavors out there! Our favorite dish there, and what I call the “Best bite in Orlando”, has to be the Scallop Shot! Just a spectacular blend of texture and flavors!

Imagine craving sushi, and going to eat sushi anywhere but here. What are you doing? This is the best spot there is for sushi! From the miso soup, to the trio tower, with crab rangoons, and any roll on the menu. You can’t go wrong here with any choice. This is a spot that once you taste their sushi, they will become your go to spot for sushi!

“First time won’t be the last time” at Hinode WOW! What an experience sat at the bar, met the owner George and mentioned I love Sushi the artist performed an art show of delicious plates each one had its unique taste. But! All of them were as we say in Spanish “DELICIOUSO” if you love Sushi this is the place in 407!

This is our date and family sushi/bento box place. Every time we come or pick up is always delicious And the atmosphere and service is always beyond amazing; but last night we sat at the chef bar seats and Keni even provided a more amazing experience we dine out a lot so good delicious amazing unexpected flavors are hard to find with magical ingredients but what a great dinning experience Chef keny gave us would recommend it to everyone
