The food looks wonderful but there was a fail in many respects. Other than the shrimp tempura that was amazing and a good Moscow mule the taste of the entress was disappointing. The noodles were undercooked and too thick. Also I ordered shiitake mushrooms added to my soup and was served the top part of two paper thin pieces.

Amazing service, delicious food and lovely atmosphere. I came with my co-workers after work and had such a great experience. The gyoza was good, the edamame had a nice spice to it and the ramen was absolutely flavorful. I had to come back a few weeks after because the food was really good. It is also very affordable!

First time visiting Hinodeya and it won’t be my last! Authentic Raman, lots too chose from but not a big menu, so you know everything is fresh. Freindly smiles from the staff, food was well prepared and comes out fast and hot. Spicy Misu special was fantastic although next time I’ll add a little spice! Corn was fresh, pork was flavorful and tender and the broth, oh, I could just get the broth and it was worth it. Vegan creamy special was very good, nice spice to it! Lots of spinach and kale, if your a vegitarian or vegan its the go to bowl.

Pretty good noodles. The broth was flavorful. I lived in Japan for three years and the food was delicious! So I know my broths. This wasn’t bad. I’m grateful. Beware parking can be a bit hard. It’s a popular area.

Love the food! Definitely been on my want to go places. There was a wait, but not too bad. Place was packed. Ordered takoyaki appetizer and Tonkatsu ramen. Hot sake rounded out the night. They were slow to bring out the sake, but I was able to enjoy it with my meal. You will definitely be full after eating.

I came in for a Sunday lunch to find delicious ramen, and I was in luck at Hinodeya! I ordered a helping of Tonkotsu Ramen along with an appetizer of tempura shrimp, and found both to be delicious. The tempura definitely stands out in my mind as the most impressive part of the meal, but the ramen noodles, chewy and flavorful, definitely didn’t fail to live up to my expectations.

One of the best ramen I’ve had! I especially loved the noodles and broth. Our appetizers and main dishes were brought out quickly. The food was hot and delicious! The staff were very friendly and accommodating, proud of the food they prepare and serve. I will be back again!

I was really impressed with the level of customer service and thoughtfulness they displayed. Staff there kept the table clear of waste and empty plates. We had a child with us and on top of offering a booster, they included a tool that converts chopsticks to be child friendly.
