Amazing quality and consistency. I’ve been coming to Hirano every week for the last several months and have always been impressed with how fresh the sushi is and how attentive the service is. The Cubs roll is a must and don’t skip the Hamachi for some incredibly fresh Yellowtail. Would recommend to anyone in the area!

Wonderful place to grab some sushi!! The hostest is super sweet and wonderful. The sushi is super fresh and prepared beautifully. They also have some really smooth sake if you’re looking for some. I ordered several pieces including octopus, squid, eel, and their special of the day and they all tasted delicious. I’d definitely recommend checking it out.

This hidden gem was very accommodating. From the get go the server was very kind and I felt like an honored guest. Food was above average. From the crab appetizer to the sake don we ate everything. Portion size was perfect. Quaint little place. I’ll be back.

I love coming to Hirano Japanese restaurant when I’m in town. Its a small place but definitely a hidden gem. Sushi and sashimi are always fresh and delicious. I suggest getting a bento box meal. It gives you a good selection of food and very generous sashimi pieces. Worth the trip.

Quality sushi restaurant run by the most wonderful couple. The hostess is so kind and they treat you like family. Their seafood is consistently SO fresh. My favorite is the Cub roll and the Westin roll. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone that is in the area!

Why would you go anywhere else? On the hosts suggestion we ordered ala carte with a bunch of rolls and she let us know what was fresh. Could not be happier and the service was amazing. Ask the owner for a sake bomb. You will not be disappointed!

The sushi was very good, the bento box was good too, except the chicken. The chicken was dry. The Popeye scallops are amazing but put the spinach to the side and eat that separately. The spinach is still good, but it just doesn’t pair with the scallops as well as you would want it to.
