I’ve been going here all my life, but was a little disappointed with the remodel. It doesn’t seem to have the best layout for the tables and they definitely chose the wrong flooring; you can see every crumb and mark and it makes the restaurant look dirty. I don’t think they have figured out the service either because it was slow and we had several different waiters.

The food is always amazing!! The staff is always so friendly & efficient!! They are so sweet & patient with my two hyper little kiddos. I love the remodel, however, I was a little sad to see that they got rid of all of the old car photos that they used to have up prior to the remodel. But that was the only downfall.

The hamburger is so good! I think that they need to update the intercom on the drive thru. It literally took me 2 minutes to tell the lady that I wanted raw onion instead of grilled because she couldn’t understand what I was saying. I was screaming what I wanted before I had to drive to the window to tell her. She also messed up my order, I’m sure it was because of the intercom. I got onion rings instead of fries. I love the home made fries so I made her correct my order. I felt bad but for $17, I’m going to make sure that my order is correct. The root beer is also not as good as I remember. It tasted very flat. Super disappointing.

They charged me $18.75 for a burger & onion ring combo. I didn’t know how much it was going to be because their old faded drive-thru sign had tape over the all prices, which should have been a red flag. I was surprised with the price at the window after I had already ordered. I paid it because I don’t mind supporting local businesses, but it took nearly 10 minutes to get my food. Once I got the food, the onion rings had obviously been cooked hours ago and and we’re soaked with grease. The burger was just okay, so at least I didn’t have to throw it all out after paying $20 dollars for a single meal.

The food was good, but it felt like they only had one employee working. The same guy who took my order (at the window because the speaker was broken) also was running around fixing food after I ordered. I sat at the window for about 10-15 minutes. Other cars behind me just up and left before I got my food. I have no complaints with the food quality. But for the price I paid and the time it took to make… It wasn’t THAT great.

Sat in the drive through for 2 root beer freezes 1 order of small fries and 1 order of cheese fries also small. Should be easy to get correct I assumed. Well I was so wrong. Somehow they managed to try and give me someone else’s order. Plus sat in the drive through for literally 20 mins for fries. Maybe they have to grow, harvest, cut and cook them?? Worst service when with 2 orders of fries they give 1 tiny cup of fry sauce and when I asked for another cup to go with the other order of fries I was told it would be .60 cents more. Definitely won’t be returning any time soon. Shame shame you greedy fry sauce horders
