Great Hibachi food but they are hardly ever open in Fayette. The hours say they are open but everytime we go there they are closed. Please post correct hours of business. 2:01 pm in Fayette!!

2023 EDIT: managers, please train your staff better! I hate to take away stars, but the young kids they’ve hired have NO customer service skills. I showed up with a Square gift card, eligible for use anywhere with a Square point of sales system, which they have! The card kept declining, despite a $50 balance. Instead of helping me, she twisted the register screen towards my face and proceeded to answer calls while walking off. I was shocked and uncertain what she wanted me to do until she dryly asked “you figure it out yet?” Still in shock, I politely tell her I wasn’t sure she wanted me to press anything on the screen. She huffed and walked off, leaving me to do HER JOB. I had cash in the car, but decided to drive off and give the Winfield Hiro my money.

Always had good service and great food until about a wk ago. Called to order, the girl asked me to hold on which was perfectly fine but after about 20 min I hung up and tried and tried to call back. I could tell they were rejecting my calls by the way it was ringing. Prices are a bit on the pricey side for the actual amount of meat you get. Course you get plenty of rice and noodles.

Yeah, it’s a food truck in Fayette Alabama, but if you haven’t tried it, you’re missing out. We drive 20 miles each way to pick up a call in order roughly one to two times a week. Your order is done in reasonable time and I’ve never been disappointed with the food. They have the full menu on the side of the truck with prices, and pricing is fair in my opinion. The food quality is equal and in many cases better than a popular japanese hibachi in the area, at a third of the price.

The people who work there are friendly, The pricing for what you’re getting is a great deal, and I am happy I can say every time I come to this spot to eat I leave full. which says a lot for a big guy like me. 5/5 I try to go there at-least once a month to enjoy it. I hope they keep up the hard work they have something great going on here!

The food here is good! I got the Hiro special with extra vegetables, and I couldn’t finish it all. Quick convenient hibachi dinners. I’ll definitely come back whenever I have a craving.

It was good as always. Just disappointed how much steak I got after paying $35 and they are always out of Crab Ragoon which is my favorite. But they have great customer service and the owner is AWESOME!! and the food is truly yummy!!
